BETTER PROCESS CONTROL SCHOOL: If your jurisdiction has operators that are processing shelf stable products that qualify as acidified foods, there should be at least one inspecting sanitarian in your jurisdiction that has successfully completed this training being offered in Ronan. Scholarships to cover the cost of tuition for a limited number of sanitarians to attend the training have been requested. Please contact the Mission Mountain Food Enterprise Center to secure your spot at this training. I will advise if scholarships become available at a later date.
